Zen Therapies ("we", "us") is a sole-trader advanced massage therapy and beauty practice based at 26 Railway St, Llanhilleth, Abertillery NP13 2JB. We are the data controller for any personal information you give us.

- Booking information (service, date, time, preferences).
- Health information you disclose for treatment safety (allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy).

We use your information only to deliver and confirm the treatment you booked, to keep accurate treatment records as required by our insurer, and — if you've opted in — to send occasional booking reminders. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

## How long we keep it

Booking and treatment records are kept for 7 years to comply with our professional insurance terms. Marketing contact details are removed immediately on request.
